A non-apologetic and honest review from current experience

I've had the issue of withdrawing money before. Somehow when it comes to smaller transactions my cryptos are being transferred within a minute and larger ones take forever. 11 hours?! It's infuriating to say the least. Plus, I got charged more fees when the network I chose had read 0.75 USDT per transaction. The second transaction took 10 USDT I was planning on leaving in the trading platform but guess the company's guys wanted to grab some for their almost non-existent help. I'd give a 0-star review if I could. P2B still keeps disappointing me. Sorry not sorry.

Typically, a TxID/Hash (Transaction ID/Hash) will be generated within 30-60 minutes, indicating that P2B has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction.

However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be credited into the destination wallet. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains. That is the reason why it can take up to 24 hours.

Let us please describe the situation with the fees.

Each currency has its network. Whenever you want to make a cryptocurrency transfer, the data of this transaction needs to be added to the blockchain.
Sometimes the fees are increasing due to the transaction fees associated with the currency network itself. For example, Ethereum can process 15 transactions per second and with millions of users using the blockchain at the same time, the network gets congested. Thus, the withdrawal fees always depend on the network load. Before making any transactions you may always contact our Support Team and clarify all the information.

The PB Exchange isn't depositing my coins!

I sent BDX coins to the P2B Exchange, but they haven't transferred them to my account. They've been stalling me for 25 days, saying BDX is under maintenance.

1000$ stuck, refuse to release

My currency (xrp) is locked up and they say the same lie as from the beginning that. They said from the start that xrp is under maintenance and i will be able to release it soon (since 2021). Tried again today and I for the same copy/pasted message that it is under maintenance.

There is plenty of legit and serious exchange platforms out there. Please use any of those instead of p2pb2b to save yourself from that hassle.

Also their customer support replies the one copy message and then ignores all other questions.

Forever Opened Ticket

I'm Lawyer, and my client's account has been blocked for a long time. We opened a ticket, trying to solve the situation, but the "Legal Department" is literally shutting us, didn't gave an simple response for almost a month. And I can't get to my client anymore and just ask him to "wait" indefinitely.
It's just outraged, because the answer are all the same, "Wait, Wait, Wait". And what is actually happening, is that my client is being forbitten to work with his own money... Because this company doesn't gave the solution to his problem.

DONT TOUCH THIS EXCHANGE!! SCAM!!

I opened an account recently and sent my funds to my wallet. I am KYC approved. However since then my funds have been blocked for « further investigation » by the legal department. I have sent all documents and till date the funds are still blocked. Please be extremelly carrefull with this exchange as even when you are kyc approved they block your funds unilateraly. STAY AWAY

Money Stuck on Exchange

This P2B exchange has been holding my Nero Token for about 1 month now. Whenever I try Withdraw it says that the Token is under maintenance. There is no point in trying technical support as the answer is always this. There I do not gain the reflection of the Token. I can't sell, because the price there is not updated with the real price. I missed the Token appreciation moment as P2B is holding my money. I'm feeling ripped off by this Exchange.
