This is to say a very Big Thank You to Lauren Turner at PACE for excellent customer service, there were a few things in the house we rent that needed attention and Lauren was absolutely Amazing. The back door was sorted out without delay due to Lauren contacting the Landlord in super speedy time and when I mentioned having new Carpets Lauren dealt with this equally as fast and also contacted me by email every step she took to get this issue resolved asap. We now have a date for the carpets being fitted and this is all up to such a lovely, efficient and professional person Lauren Turner, Pace must be pleased to have such a star working for them. Following an unexpected and rapidly ensuing damp issue at my BTL property Lauren Turner did everything she could as quickly as possible for a prompt resolution. Even with CV19 restrictions etc in place I was really happy with how quickly everything was done.

I have been a tenant of Pace for over a year now, and I am very happy with them. My property manager Lauren is very friendly, understanding and helpful. I have been able to ask her for whatever I needed and she has always been quick to respond, rectifying any property issues as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend them as an agent.

The re-letting of my property was dealt with by Katie, Lauren and Jo. They were all very polite, helpful and professional. Calls and emails were responded to immediately and I was kept informed each step of the way. I am aware I am a very fussy and particular person so to impress me they have certainly worked hard.
