Fake and scammers

This company is a scam. They took over a month to send trainers. Then when I got the product it wasn’t the trainer I ordered and it wasn’t the size I ordered, Then when trying to communicate with them you can tell it a computer generated answer. They are based in China And haven’t responded anymore to my complaint. They says they would refund me but haven’t . SCAM SCAM SCAM

Quite simply it’s a scam

Quite simply it’s a scam - I ordered 2 pairs - they arrived wrong size - comms was good and they offered full refund if returned (postage cost £36). Since return zero comms and zero refund - lost close to £200 on this scam - lesson learned.

Scam

Scam. Fake goods. Took a month to arrive. Smell from box was awful. Not the correct trainers inside. Lack of communication from company and refused to let me return or provide returns label even though wrong goods sent. Would cost £19 to return and they were only agreeing a 50% refund!

Have had to raised dispute with bank.

Stay away!

Pace4Run are scammers

I ordered a pair of On Cloud Waterproof shoes. When I ordered there was confirmation that the shoes would arrive by Royal Mail in 5-9 days.

They arrived from China 4 weeks later and were not the waterproof version. I also thought they were counterfeit but couldn’t say for sure. I wrote to Pace4Run to advise them of their error.

After a lot of communication they finally acknowledged their mistake. They apologised and offered us a partial refund (without returning shoes) or we could only get a full refund if we paid for the shipment back to China.

As this is unlawful under the Consumer Protection Act we wrote to advise them we were not willing to pay for shipment. They have stood their ground so now we have been forced to put a claim into our bank to get this refunded back to our card.

AVOID!!!! Ordered trainers on 2/9/25. Nothing rec'd by 13/12/25

I ordered trainers on 2 Sep 2025. Today we have
13 December 2025. NOTHING, just emails of reassurance. I'm NOT reassured. Online and in their emails it says they are rebuilding their website. That should not affect an order placed on 2 Sep 2025. I am giving two days to rectify this and get those trainers to me. If not - I have asked for a refund. If not forthcoming then it's action time. £80 is not to be sneezed at. Looking at my order on "shop", the company I paid through just now, it shows all of a sudden that I ordered on 30 Nov 2025. The 2nd Sep date has disappeared but I have proof from their original order confirmation emails. Obv, since I contacted them, they've discovered that they forgot to send them!! Or they've sent out another pair! When they finally arrived they were too small. I always order a 6. I am a size 6. However, they are like a 5. I can't get into them! Now, they've decided they won't refund as I ordered a 6 and they didn't make a mistake as they sent out a 6. So, hands off that company. I confirmed to them that I'll change my review if they refund. Watch this space. They have NOT refunded and said they went change the size as I ordered a 6. How was I to know they come up a size smaller!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I'll post on FB too.
