Recently on 1st of March 2024 I've ordered 2 filters from pacificfilters, there was an error in dispatching my order, received 1 instead of 2. I contacted pacificfilters through their website and to my amazement i was contacted by Ryan within minutes and rectified the order discrepancy, and posted me the second filter and emailed me the tracking number.
With this kind of experience and professionalism displayed by pacific filters and specifically from Ryan, I will always buy my products from pacific filters, their prices are fair and competitive , in my opinion they're the best in the market.
