Needing a rush order of bubble wrap delivered, I called at 3pm and was informed that if the order plus payment was made quickly, they would be able to ship it the following morning for same day delivery. The following morning, the bubble wrap was delivered.
Packaging Direct have shown me they are a company of people who do try give their customers good service.
I was in a hurry for bubblewrap and asked could I collect, was told no problem. It was delivered before I could drive over. I'm amazed at how caring about their customers they are.
