Packaging Yard is a SCAM!
Packaging Yard is a scam, and I strongly caution other businesses against sending this company money.
A person identifying himself as “James Scott” contacted us and claimed that he had previously handled our packaging orders through another company before starting Packaging Yard. We placed an order for 4,000 Pro-Fem boxes totaling $1,900 and made both payments according to the banking instructions he provided.
Our bank confirmed that the payments cleared and were deposited into the designated account. Packaging Yard then claimed that the money had not been received and repeatedly asked us to send it again. Over the course of this transaction, we were given different banking instructions involving accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan. One account was under the name “NOVA PRINTERS,” not Packaging Yard. Another account he asked to send payment to was "Rehan Ali".
Although “James Scott” stated in writing that our boxes had been fully produced and were ready to ship, the company refused to release them. He promised to contact his bank, provide an update, and call us so we could address the issue together. Those promises were not honored. Instead, we received more excuses and continued requests to send additional money to another account.
As of this review, we have neither received the 4,000 boxes we ordered nor had our cleared payments returned. Based on this documented experience, the shifting bank accounts, the request to pay twice, the refusal to ship completed merchandise, and the lack of meaningful follow-through lead me to believe this operation is fraudulent. Proceed with extreme caution.
