I would not recommend it totally if you are looking for something stable and in the long term without a doubt. If you agree to use this and receive and wait for a unique payment, then do it. If they bane, keep in mind that they will continue to take and use their data, it had also monitored the use of data in the application when my account had been suspended.

I got paid but it has a big flaw. When you start making an actual passive income they will ban your account. Either their code auto bans you or they ban you for making money. I got an HTTP 500 Error after making 15 USD after 2 months of using it. I can access the website but not my account. My advice make quick withdrawals and exit as soon as possible. Don't give a review till you actually surpass 100$. They will ask you to give them a good review. Don't give in to it till you get paid good money not just the minimum.

Update Nov 2023: They tried to remove this review because they thought I was inactive after 12ish months. I responded and they couldn't remove the review. No reply from packet stream at all.

Packetstream is not safe and the packetstream app is a virus it will say your connection to this site is not secure please don't let them sell your internet bandwidth by keeping there app on your desktop uninstall it because it contains a virus and they are selling your data to unknown attackers.

My First payout in November. I started packetstream in MAY.In this 7 months I got 4.82$ only.I Run Packetstream Application 24*7 in my Laptop.But payout is very very less according to there Terms $0.10/1GB.In my Dashboard per week is 8GB Traffic is sold.Very Disappointed

Easy to use app, easy to withdraw! Not sure if due where I am geographically but I expected to be able to share more data and earn more.

Had been using PacketStream since earlier this year. First impressions are that it was a decent application that had seemed legitimate, and I didn't have any real issues with it. It had taken a good while to reach the payout threshold, at least a solid 5 months before I did, and I was able to withdraw. I had received payment within a few days after cash out, so they do indeed pay.

However, I am still rating and giving PacketStream 1 star simply because I had been banned after I had been paid. I get the same error 500 that many people have as well. It makes completely 0 sense.

I totally would not recommend it if you're looking for something stable and for the long-term without a doubt. If you're fine with using this and receiving and expecting a single payment, then by all means go for it. If you do get banned, do note that they will continue to take and use your data as well, I had monitored the data usage on the application when my account had been suspended. It was no different from when my account wasn't banned.

TL;DR: You're better off giving your time and data and selling it off to a more reputable company with better business practices that aren't shady.

Paypal payout never arrived aftee more than a week.... Looks not legit for me... Never again.

Sometimes things sound too good to be true. In this case, it was. PacketStream delivers payout within days of request via Paypal. No complaints whatsoever!

They don't respond to accounts that are banned for no reason, and still use your bandwidth after a ban with no explanation.

So far so good! Got my first $11 USD payout...

the program is easy to use and helped me make use of my excess computing power when I am not using it to play games. Not a fortune from using it, but earned all the same and gave me a prompt cashout after I requested one right to paypal.

All the bad reviews on packestream are unfortunately true. I have shared many GB worth of bandwidth and followed their terms and conditions. however they ban my account without any information and keep all the money in the account that I THOUGHT was mine. suddenly I started reciving 500 status error. I did ask the support team to help on it, but there is no response. Stay away from them.

Definitely a scam. As soon as I made it up to a high balance the application stopped working on my computer. Tried to get to my dashboard wouldn't load. Tried to contact them still no response.

TL;DR PS earned nearly 4 grand with my networks and refuse to pay.

I had a similar experience to many other packeters here. Unfortunately, on a much larger scale.

I manage a block of 128 residential IPs with fiber connections and I ran packetstream on each of these IPs. As a result I quickly earned $350 and requested a payout at $220. However, like many of the reviewers, shortly after requesting payout, my account was suspended.

I have only gotten vague responses as to why I was banned. The only specifics given are that there were multiple software instances on one IP.
They won't tell me which IP or how many instances there were. They've invited me to make a new account but will not pay me the $350 that I earned.

Keep in mind that the packetstream company charged users $3,500 for this data, and continued to use my bandwidth sharing instances even after banning my account. And yet they decided that I am being "dishonest" and haven't earned my payout.

Very strange business activity. I will make a new account and make double sure that there are no double-ups and hopefully I'll be given a reason to change this review.

EDIT: They finally reached out with something helpful. Hopefully we can figure out what the problem is and get things back online. If so, I will change my review.

EDIT2: They have stopped responding to me altogether. They said they reinstated my original account but I still was never able to access the dashboard. Their software has continued to use lots of data despite my accounts being banned. I will be uninstalling all of their software today.

TL;DR big rip off. They have no respect for their largest packeters and they will continue to use the resources the packeters bring to them even after refusing to rightfully pay the packeters for their services.

PacketStream suspended my account without explanation after I reached the cash out threshold. Support provided a vague explanation after I inquired a few weeks later, and accused me of defrauding the system. I guess using their competitors concurrently means defrauding PacketStream. I uninstalled PacketStream from all my devices and will no longer recommend using them.
