Excellent service!

I have never had any issues with Pack Mule. Quoting to customer service up till the product shipping when indicated they have always been exemplary.

Unbelievably helpful and customer…

Unbelievably helpful and customer focused. Called and got a live person (that's rare in today's world) and she listened intently and explained she needed to find answers and she would get back to me. Next day I had a voicemail from the company saying they were trying to reach me to assist in my questions and left a number to call them back. Before had a chance to call back, they were calling again to make sure I was taken care of. We need more companies that follow up and have live people to talk to!

In talking with your Pack Mule sails…

In talking with your Pack Mule sails man I was able to under stand the deference between the pack Mule and the Tayler Dune . The Pack Mule I think is better made. The up grades were not that much more costly. In all of our test drive the Mule did great. I would buy a second Pack Mule if I need one.

part prices are out of line

I was glad to be able to get parts however the fact that a ignition switch or start switch /on off key switch should be priced so high and then not have a key or nut to hold it in ? but you want 23 dollars more for just key and nut and your horn button can be purchased any where else for 1.50 Its a shame you build a very good product but your parts are out of line just saying
