Kathy Collany was helpful and attentive in regards to this order and ensured that the items were delivered on time and with no damage. She also double checked after items were received if there were any issues and if satisfaction of the end user was met - something that not many vendors do and was appreciated.

The people and product at Pack Mule are very top notch. I am a technical support manager for the company I work for and if I need assistance with either parts or support, they are there to help. I have recently had a few issues with a unit we were refurbing and they were excellent to talk with, knew the issue I was having and found out the calibrator I was using was not working properly. I was given the choice to use one and then return it or purchase a new calibrator. I decided on the latter, received it as promised and flashed the unit to get it up and running. I would not hesitate to call them if we were in a bind again.
