The boxes are low quality

Easy to use and fast. Great product quality!

Samantha V was amazing! She was thorough and talented and went above and beyond to fix the issues I had with my proof and then actually approved upon what I had done and made my artwork line up better. I was worried about the costs of these boxes but Samantha made all the difference because she felt like a built in artist for my very small brand which was amazing!

The customer service at Packola is great. They have helped me make my design perfect, accomodate changes, and walked me through ordering my first mailer boxes. The box itself is gorgeous and printed beautifully.

The sample box I ordered was thin, torn and was difficult putting it together. I paid 31.00 for a cheap box. I would like to get a full refund.

Even with our small order - I felt like I had a personal designer working for me! They noticed an issue with our logos not looking as crisp and clear as possible, so they put up with me tracking them down over a two week period, being very patient and never made me feel bad about all the time it was taking. I work with a lot of online printing companies, and would recommend Packola for anything you need!

Ordered a single customized box for a client holiday gift. Everything looked great!

The only reason for 4 stars is that the box came assembled and contained within a shipping box that was literally just big enough to fit the assembled custom box. Not knowing this upon receipt, I used a key to cut the tape to the shipping box and lightly cut the custom box. Wasn't all too noticeable, but I'm just glad I didn't use a box cutter to open the shipping box, as if I had, the custom box would have been cut deeply across the top and ruined.

We wanted as box and did not know anything about artwork prep, so what looked good to us was actually a low res version the friendly and helpful customer service department notified us that we need a vector file. What the heck is a vector file? but with their help we figured it out and got a great proof.
they turned what could have been a disaster into a great experience and we are grateful!

For the process of setting up, their Accounts Payable and Customer Care were very communicative and followed up with me. The boxes arrived quickly and were perfect for what we needed. I like the ability to edit items for further orders and the variety of colors to use.

Helped me with my account and replace my third major order, in a friendly professional manner.

We all make mistakes, and it's nice to know that if you make a mistake ordering the wrong size custom designed box, you can contact customer service and a genuinely nice person will help you. My order was canceled, a new order was placed. When I stated I didn't want to wait for store credit for the first order, they went ahead and issued me a refund. Great service!

Nathan was a BIG help, once again! I have had to change the quantity on this order two times and both times Nathan helped accomplish this. He was very pleasant and efficient and got the job done!

Great, fast and accurate as usual

Overall an excellent experience! Customer service was especially helpful to me. I called twice for help and had the best service. I received help with every step since this was my first time purchasing custom boxes. The cost of the boxes was less than any other company I looked into and the order was processed faster than any place else as well so I could easily meet my very tight deadline. The boxes arrived the exact day I was quoted. The boxes are beautiful, the printing is perfect and the size is exact. I will use your company from now on for all our promotional boxes!

Took my payment for an order and when the product was due, they said they never received payment and haven’t began production. Payment was made on the same day the order was originally processed (how else would an order even be created if not with payment?) but they said due to a system error they failed to link my payment to my order. Order was due in the next 3 days, their solution was to charge me for rush printing which still took 6-8 business days and charge me for an expedited shipping. Took ZERO accountability of their own errors and left me, the customer, with four lost weeks that my small business cannot afford to wait for. Pricing means nothing when you cannot deliver on your promises and much less when your customer service does not mean actually servicing the customer. ZERO stars if possible.

Their print is terrible. It's grainy, not the right color. I have tried to work with them but they are difficult to work with.
