Packola Review

Good customer service, easy-to-use design mechanics, and great prices. I like that you can order boxes with custom dimensions and in a customized amount—this meant Packola met my needs better than most other companies offering similar services. The customization mechanic would benefit from an undo and crop button, however, and I wish there was a place to input a different billing address at checkout. Overall, four stars!

Easy application applying your desired craft, customer service is patient, courteous, professional, and willing to give you many options to edit your designs if, for any reason, you'd like to edit before the final approval is made. In my case, I needed to edit my design once more before giving the green light to acceptance. The package came as expected with no issues, and by far, I am happy with the mailer box, how sturdy it is, and most importantly, how detailed it came out as described. Easy to set up, and I look forward to ordering more for my business. Thank you all!

Packola customer service is abysmal

Packola customer service is abysmal. We waited (2) days before following up via email on our proof request (no response). The following day, we called them only to be told there was an issue with our artwork.

We used their design tool to produce the artwork so I'm not even sure how that is possible.

Anyways, after being transferred multiple times by their CS department, we were told the news. If you guarantee proofs within (1) business day, why wouldn't you notify us there was an issue with the artwork?

We gave them what they requested and they never confirmed receipt, still never provided proofs, and requested we pay an additional $200 for rush print to make our timeline.

Save yourself some time and a migraine and go with someone else. We cancelled the order.

After going back and forth with them…

After going back and forth with them about needing a vector image for “better quality”, I decided to create in their system. It’s a shiny cheap looking box and the color is streaky. Wont be order boxes through them

Whiter, Brighter & More Durable Than Their Competitors' Boxes

I love the 3D creator view. Such a nice way to "see" what your box is going to look like. I LOVE that it was easy to call and quickly chat on the phone with a knowledgable team member. I could go on and on.... but I will leave you with this.. I've sampled many boxes, and our Packola box is much whiter, brighter and nore durable than their competitors' boxes. Pretty fast turnaround time too.

The customer service is nice, but I have a slight issue with the response of "Hello! it looks like you’ve been inactive for a while. I just wanted to make sure if we're still connected. Please confirm if you still need assistance." -- this happened multiple times while I was chatting, and I was given about 10 seconds to respond before this popped up. I don't know if it's automatic? But the employee responses from the chat would also take a long time, so I had the window open waiting for an extended amount of time waiting for responses. That's my only issue. Otherwise Packola has great customer service and has an intuitive website for designing templates.
