I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Packs! I find it incredibly therapeutic to rip open packs or spin for singles. I’ve pulled some pretty great cards from their website. I love them!

If anyone wanna look for a company where you can buy online packs and sell them back or ship them too your house, do it with Packs. I wanted too pull more Pokémon packs but couldn't cause in every store they where all sold out. Then I found Packs. First I was a bit skeptical a company selling and buying cards back? I don't know, but it went all great. The costumer service is great the people are very nice and fast with answering back. The orders came fast too and the cards where in good shape. I can just say great experience and great cards.will definitely stay with packs

That aside, they offer an impressive variety of cards/packs from multiple card games and seem to be expanding. As far as I've experienced, you do receive exactly what you redeem. Single cards tend to slow down orders, as it seems they have fewer of those on-hand and ready for shipping as they have packs. I do wish you were able to cash out your winnings/leftover credit, as right now the credit can only be used to do more spins. It feels somewhat bad that the cheapest pack is right around $3 at the time of this review, so if you're stuck with less than that in credit, it's essentially lost unless you re-up.

Packs is one of the bigger/well known of these TCG gambling sites. Its also from what I've seen probably the worst of the sites in this category. It is one of the only sites in this category that hides the ownership who in this case seems the owners do not want it to be known they own it or are affiliated.

They offer no way to review the site on site or encourage users to review places like here. Their only "credibility" comes from social media accounts, specifically twitter/x and reddit where they claim to monitor feedback and provide support. If you look at their accounts its mostly people saying there were not helped and even when those accounts comment and claim to provide support. There are several instances of users returning to the posts later saying they never got the support that their social media claimed would be provided. Online the site has multiple allegations of not sending cards or taking several months to send cards out.

The site itself has seemingly one of the lowest and worst values of these sites (The other one I would compare it to is Purple Mana, which previously was my lowest rated, id put both at similar levels for value, although the UI is better here).

Almost all of these reputable sites have some sort of rewards program since it can be so lucrative as a gambling site to incentivize people to return, packs does not despite having some of the worst odds/value and likely has better margins than most of the other big sites at least in terms of user money spent gambling.

Anecdotally when spinning about 90% of my spins were losses, only 1 decent spin out of 40 spins worth $220 total. Demo's interesting seemed to get a top hit within a few spins almost every single time, and out of curiosity recorded results, and demo spins for me were profitable about 80% of the time over 100+ spins. Support claims demo spins represent exact same odds as real spins, but say this cant be verified. Its possible but the fact the odds were so heavily stacked including a top hit within a few boxes almost every box i went to, makes me heavily question this.

All in all, in my most recent and my previous experiences this seems like a terrible site, if you are checking reviews considering using it, there are several sites that do it better, treat customers better, and are more transparent. If you are going to go gamble on a site like this my personal recommendations would be for Pullbox, Lootcase, NeoVault (i have no affiliation to any). Other than NeoVaults lack of MTG, there is not a single thing packs does better or as well, than any of those 3 sites.
