I was unsure whether to give Packyard 4…

I was unsure whether to give Packyard 4 or 5 stars, as they are apparently currently having some issues with a new inventory-system. That meant that a product I ordered was not available and on a subsequent order (which was sent from two different places), only one of the orders was sent initially, where the second part was only sent when I received the first part and asked when I could expect to receive the last part.

So that was naturally not a "perfect" sales experience.

But when I order something, the most important thing is how issues like these are delt with and whether I end up with the right goods.

Packyard was very helpfull in following up on the delivery issues and made sure that it was handled professionally. Additionally I consider it very much due to their videos that I purchased the right DoucheBags and ski goggles, all on the recommendation of Nikolaj.

Without their videos and recommendations on their homepage I am not sure that I would have ended up with the right purchases. And that is after all the most important thing in a purchase, and why I give them a 5 star rating, even though everything was not "Excellent". But the most important things were.

Excellent service

Excellent service - as always.

Although I returned the purchased item this time around, dropping by the shop in Elmegade to do so, I have nothing but good things say about Packyard.
Not least because the guy just about to finish his Saturday shift, eager to close up shop, took his time to help med out, even though I came unprepared, having forgotten to bring my return slip.

If you are ever around Elmegade 22 in Copenhagen, make sure to drop by the store. The merch is great, the music on the stereo likewise and the guys at the store are worth the visit on their own.
