Had Microsoft's Outlook email system break down on me, but PAC WebHosting sorted it remotely - even split my email system for me so that I can have business and personal. Paul sorted the complexities, as I know nothing of it! So, great service - and ensures my continued custom.

I've been using PAC for around four years now and so far have always found them very good. They have responded quickly to any queries I have had and as a new website builder there were quite a few in the early days! Prices seem fair too.

Having been with PAC for some three years I had always found their website difficult, if not impossible, to navigate from the client log-in area, that said their technical support were very good but they needed to be because they needed to provide me with direct URL's of sub-folders just so that I could locate my control panel or whatever.

But the black-mark comes when just recently their systems malfunctioned whereas they couldn't process recurring payments for billing agreements, my agreement having been thru PayPal, I didn't panic as that suited me, that it would be significantly cheaper during these times to pay with my debit card direct from my bank rather than thru PayPal.

So, on PAC's invoice, I clicked to pay via card only for these muppets to redirect me thru to PayPal to supposedly process that card payment only for PayPal to deduct the amount from my foreign currency PayPal balance of a recurring payment agreement that PAC had informed me that I would need to activate manually.

I immediately messaged PAC to report the problem and asking if the PayPal payment could be refunded to allow me to try again paying with my card but, alas, Paul Nesbitt in PAC's supposed billing department, who just so happens to be one of PAC's directors, along with his wife Clare Marie, listed with Companies House as Directors operating from a mailing address in Worsley Street, Manchester but more likely working from home, has his head clearly stuck up an orifice and refuses to offer any shape or form of 'damage limitation' to his customers for what was a malfunction of their clearly cowboy operating systems.

I'm now moving to Snughost, significantly cheaper and excellent reviews.

just under 3 years with Pac and they have been fantastic. No downtime that I can remember; accurate billing and prompt responses to tickets. C Panel is comprehensive and offers more options than I will ever use.

I've been using PacWebHosting for 2 years now. I dug down into the reviews before moving my sites and haven't been disappointed. My priorities are excellent uptime, no overselling, reasonable fees, and responsive effective support. Highly recommended.

I have been using PAC Web hosting for a number of years for various websites. I have no complaints at all, and the service is top notch. The other day I locked myself out of my account as I changed phones. I called up and within about 1 minute it was resolved. Compare any other hosting company.

Features: Excellent, cpanel makes things very easy
Performance: Fast. Compared to my dev machines and home DSL line, scripts run in a fraction of the time.
Service: As above, very good.
Cost: Extremely competitive.

Basically you don't need to look any further.

I have had accounts with at least seven different hosting companies over the last 20 years, from the largest- go daddy to small companies like wix. I had never heard of pacwebhosting and that was my loss. I was working with a friend and he told me about pacweb. I just wish I had heard of them a long time ago as they are definitely the best. Their prices are great but that is not their USP, the main asset the company has got is Paul and his excellent staff. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them and they go the extra mile without demanding that extra penny.
So unusual to find a business that not only provides excellent service,prices and products but actually puts the customer first. So good luck Paul, you deserve it and I would never dream of using another service ever again.
Good luck in the future but with your service luck shouldn't ever come into it

I recently changed website providers from 1&1 to PAC Webhosting. Paul gave me loads of help, probably above and beyond what I should have really expected in making the transition as smooth as possible.

Despite problems with domain changes that 1&1 didn't want to hurry themselves with, eventually it all went ok and I am now enjoying my website package at less than half of what it was costing me with 1&1.
