Not a good customer experience shopping on line

I wanted candles for a specific event--they didnt arrive on time and customer service wasnt able to tell me WHEN i would finally get them. They apologized for the delay, but offered nothing to compensate me. When i asked to cancel the order that hasnt even been shipped yet, they refused. Out of 3 items i ordered, one was refunded--i dont know why, i guess it wasnt available. So ONE candle came in a big box i think 2 weeks after i made the initial purchase and i am still waiting for one more and nobody can tell me when that candle will arrive, if at all. This was my last transaction with this company.
