Padlet is good bc i always forgot my homework which page or number it was so i look at padlet and..yeah. İt's really good and practical.but one negative thing is...internet. it was better if it was without internet.But i still love it!👍🏻

I asked for help troubleshooting an issue with one of my Padlets, and I received a solution within 30 minutes—even on a Sunday morning. That’s impressive!

My initial free subscription expired and my Padlets were “frozen”. When I first started using Padlet, I loved it so much that I asked our District to subscribe for all teachers in the San Mateo Union High School District! They did! Today, I could not access my “frozen” Padlets. I contacted Customer support, and they IMMEDIATELY helped and transferred the frozen Padlets to my district account! Woohoo! Love you guys!

Padlet has an exceptionally professional Customer Support team. I ran into a permissions preference issue and contacted Customer Support. Impressively, I received an email response within hours of posting my query. The recommendations for addressing my concerns were precisely what I needed, and the instructions for remedying my situation were easy to follow and spot-on to solve my problem. Additionally, I suggested three possible improvements, not all of which were related to my initial inquiry, which were all graciously passed along to the design team for future consideration. In my estimation, Padlet is a leader in customer relations!

I really love how the platform is on its own. It's helpful in terms of organizing classes and everything. Personally, I'm using it to write my personal journey. It would be nice to have more features like minimizing if a text is too long or, for example, if you can have like foulders inside a padlet. But those are just small things. I really, really love the app; keep up the great hope!
