Took over 1 month to received my items and it was not what was pictured. Tactical walking stick was just a plain walking stick I could have gotten for a fraction of the cost they charged me. Such a scam!!! After repeatedly contacting the company......NO resolution and would not ship me what I ordered. DON'T purchase from them. Again.....Such a scam!!
I purchased their tactical hiking stick with integrated survival kit. All I received was a cheap walking stick. Not what I ordered. I tried to do a refund on their page and it wouldn’t let me. Contacted them through emails and they refused refund and said I got what I ordered. Scam. Do not purchase anything with this company.
This company is a fraud and a scam. **Buyer beware**. I ordered a tactical hiking stick for my husband. It was supposed to include a flint and multiple accessories. I received a plain walking cane. No accessories. I’ve emailed back and forth to no avail. The offered me 30% off my next purchase. No thanks. I just want the accessory pack I never received. Do NOT order from this company. It’s a waste of time and money.
I ordered a walking stick for my son that was supposed to contain a compass, flint for fire starting, fishing kit, knife, whistle, paracord, and screwdriver. What arrived was a cheap ski pole, containing NONE of the items listed. Upon contacting customer service and providing proof of delivery, the company offered me 30% off of a future purchase! RIDICULOUS. This product arrived on Christmas Eve leaving no time for a replacement gift. This company is FRAUDULENT and should not be trusted.
