I recently placed an order with Pagani Design (Order #202210188494752021995267).
According to the tracking information (YunExpress / GOFO Netherlands), my parcel was returned to the sender in Mainland China on October 25, 2025, before it ever reached me.

I immediately contacted Pagani Design Support by email to ask for clarification and to find out whether my watch would be reshipped or refunded. Unfortunately, I have not received any response after several days.

So far:

❌ No delivery

❌ No explanation or update

❌ No customer support response

Overall experience: very disappointing.
I hope Pagani Design will resolve this issue, but at this point, I cannot recommend them based on their lack of communication and follow-up.

Third Watch purchased from them now, happy overall. Slightly beyond what you would expect for the money. This model the day flips over a little late not till 4am and the date at midnight. Overall happy again for here in time for the birthday on Sunday 👍 all in all happy customer again

I would give one star if I could. I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday. He ended up deciding he wanted to return it and get a different one. I e-mailed customer service with my info/order # within the return time frame. They initially replied quickly and asked for the receipt. I sent the receipt. They then said "your order isn't from this store" and completely stopped replying even when I followed up. It was very unprofessional. My receipt had the store's info on it, I ordered directly from their website. Absolute worst experience in my life with any company, would not recommend to anyone.

Watches quality are beyond belief. The fit and finish and dedication to design and quality is mind blowing. I’m not exaggerating when I say this brand is the only brand you should trust when looking for quality for your money. I have enough watches from old series to the newest models to confidently say they are doing watches right. I love them!

I ordered two Pagani Watches from their website, they arrived in perfect condition in well-made boxes. I have had them for 3 months without any issues. They have good accuracy and show no signs of scratches after everyday use.
They represent excellent value for money for the quality of the watch. I bought them to wear daily and to test before I buy a Rolex. I am pleased to say the comparison between the styles has assisted me in choosing the one that suits me best.

These Pagani Design watches are an outstanding value. For what these cost, the quality is unmatched. Of course there is some room for improvement, but at this price point you get way more than you pay for. I have the PD-1644, PD-1685, PD-1667 and now two PD-1701’s. I like every one of them.

If I had to nit-pick at all, my PD-1667 had a slightly misaligned clasp, but it didn’t affect the function at all. I bought a replacement clasp from Pagani and it was perfect.

I am looking forward to buying more from Pagani in the future.

Good customer service ! I ordered the pagani watch online. There's a delay in parcel delivery due to external factors. Through the online assistance, my parcel turn up in the next day. I'm really appreciate the prompt response. My order PD 1701V3 is such a high quality and good looking watch ! Nice.

I had just recently bought a PD-1661 submariner homage and a piece broke off the noon marker on the bezel. Within 1 hr of emailing Pagani, they replied and within 4-6 hours, Pagani emailed me a tracking number and sent a brand new bezel to replace mine! Never knew customer service could be so great! I've bought 3 watches from Pagani Design over the past 4 months. All of them have very good quality finish and have been keeping time quite well. These watches really look very presentable.

UPDATE June 21st 2024 AS WITH ALL Complaints all they can respond with is you ordered from the wrong website? Be aware of these scammers they ship a few watches on some websites and then rob you on others warning they are scammers P.S. you should do better at getting your fake websites deleted so customers don’t mistakenly get scammed. You’re just responsible for allowing these websites to remain up.

Watch looks very nice. I love it. Small point that I wish to address at this point is that on every picture on the page demonstrating watch on the dial you can see red UGS letters under Automatic word but my timepiece is without UGS letters. Not a big difference but still I felt that something is missing. I contacted the pagani design support to tell them about this and they told me that watch is looking better without this letters on the dial and they will update photos on their webpage shortly. But photos till today hasn't been updated ( I bought watch 2 months ago). I'm giving 2 stars for something else. On the pagani design webpage is writen: "All watches are tested on a watch timing tester machine to ensure that the watch falls within an acceptable range of +/- 3 seconds per day. The machine also ensures that the watch is beating properly." but my watch was send with +300 seconds per day. That's is not what I was expecting. I didn't send back watch only because I will cost me a half price of that watch. I fix it by myself. So I've been lied 2x. First time no UGS letters, and second time accuracy.

I was surprised by the quality and how quick my watch came, I didn’t have very high expectations for the quality however when I got the watch I was shocked how high quality the packaging and watch was. Since then I have bought 3 more from here. If your like me and was on the fence I recommend trying it out.

Ordered and paid on 7th of August on this website with order number: order 10701051. The track showed they never handed a package over to the driver.
The first few months they didn't reply, then they said it was already shipped, then they said they will ship it again, then I got an email they couldn't find the shipment, then an email that they would refund me.

They never send me the watch and never refunded me.

Do not under any circumstance order on this website

Ordered a watch from www. paganidesign .cn it was showing awaiting shipping from 2 days later contacted them on whatsapp and they said the watch is out of stock and asked me if i want a different watch or refund , i asked for a refund and they processed instantly and i received refund in 2 days. i wasn't sure if this site is real until i received my money back. I'll suggest if you are facing any issue just contact them on whatsapp might get faster responses.
