Still unable to return after weeks: Zero support and wrong/defective item
On August 22nd, I initiated a return for order #47850032212 (PD-1783 watch with a free leather strap). The reason: Instead of the advertised NH36a Seiko movement, a cheaper Miyota movement was installed. Additionally, the watch is defective—the minute hand is loose and swinging freely inside the case.Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have still not received a return shipping label. I keep getting stalled, and it feels like the return process is being intentionally delayed. The replies from support (signed by "Ari") seem highly automated and appear to come from an AI rather than a real person, as they completely fail to address my actual problem.At this point, I have serious doubts about whether I will ever get my money back. My clear recommendation: Do not buy directly from Pagani Design. There is virtually no functioning customer support if anything goes wrong.

Finally Received Watches
Pleased with the look of the watches, however the Black Red PD-1662 is very hard to adjust and the rotating bezel is a bit loose. The Blue PD-1673 Royal Oak with the NH35 movement is a much better watch. So far, I'm happy with the purchase. The tool for removing and changing bracelet links is very cheap and pretty useless. Shipping was longer than expected.

First of a PD Dash 1673 homage mini review
First of all, I really like my new watch it’s beautiful and it fits very well with the rubber strap. But when you see it online with the rubber strap, you can’t see the back of it where the buckle is or whether it is a deployant clap. I would show some kind of rear picture so you can’t see the back and the type of clap. Some type of option would be nice for a deployant that would set you apart from the other homage’s Royal Oaks.It is a very nice watch you get a lot for your money. also it was another $50 to upgrade to the NH 35 movement. And I’m also aware that Seiko has increased their price for this moving but still seems like a little bit high of an increase. And the other thing I would work on is getting the delivery time down a little bit. It was one day short of two weeks all in all a good experience I would give you 4 1/2 stars if you could not 4.
