horrible experience

horrible experience, perhaps due to all the hype about what it promises. Well, unless you work for them and participated in the creation of the software, I guarantee you will NOT be able to do much other than the basics if you are lucky. Their customer support simply does not exist or pretends not to exist.

Total scam, never sent me my account info or refunded!

They are a total scam. I bought hosting with them and was never sent any login information. When I tried to contact them about it, they’re saying they don’t even have a record of my purchase even though I sent them my copy of the PayPal payment with all the necessary IDs for tracking. After that they never responded again no matter how many times I emailed them. Unfortunately, too much time passed that PayPal can’t reverse the payment for me, I’ll have to try to followup with my bank instead. Don’t trust these guys!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND DO NOT EXIST.

This company is a scam as indicated by several other persons their support sucks it is now 3 weeks since i raised a support ticket and have yet to get any sort of acknowledgment of receipt and also simple things like " https " which is key on google but they fail to provide it. I purchased an entire new domain as they wanted me to host on them, built my entire site on their platform and now placed at a standstill with no support as my site cannot be uploaded due to https not being allowed. Why ask people to host with you and we cannot get simple things like ssl enabled for our sites ? These guys are a total waste and should stop the false advertising.

They are complete scam

They are complete scam. They stole money from me for the tune of $100 before I had to change my bank info. They do not "exist" anywhere. Don't trust them. RUN.

Customer Service is impossible to reach and if by some miracle you do, they are EXTREMELY rude!
Publishing a web page is basically impossible as it keeps glitching away, they don't even have https publishing which should be basic stuff.

I also agree that this could be a scam.

I also agree that this could be a scam.

Support is rude, limited and hardly even replies.

This is something that one should look out for. 'California' based companies are generally a scam.

I've used these guys for around a year now. Had massive problems with their builder.

The issue was present on all my devices ranging from windows, Mac and even IOS devices.

Support said my device is the problem and their service works fine. That's the kind of support you get from the support team.

I gave them 2 stars out of 'benefit of doubt'. But I'm not optimistic on this company.

Support says 'typically replies in 33 minutes'... I've waited days.

Can't say that's correct.

Also when selling products on their platform. There is no cart feature. Each item is a buy one at a time.

This can mean customers pay multiple times for shipping etc.

Useless scam

I purchased an account and quickly realized it was a scam.

First, there are so many bugs in their system that it's impossible to publish a website using their templates.

Second, there is no way to reach anyone for tech support, so the bugs don't get fixed. I have placed many tickets with their support system, and after weeks there has been no response. They won't reply to any messages on their live chat system.

Third, there is not secure (https) hosting, so even if there we no bugs, every browser will show a warning before the website is loaded. So, it will deter people from even viewing the hosted website. Using HTTPS is a web hosting 101, and the fact that they can't figure that out already tells me it's a scam from people who know nothing about web hosting.

These are my personal experiences with PageBuilder, and I purchased the highest account level, "Pro."
