Anti-consumer

First of all when I first went with them the website didn't have enough RAM for me to upload photos above around 16x16 pixels to WordPress.... After contacting support it was sorted out.

Then two payments went to them by accident and they refuse to give me a full refund on the second payment. So I open a dispute with PayPal and then they sent me this:

"That wasn't a good idea, now you've withheld the payment and we've suspended your account.

Close the dispute or we'll have no option but to terminate your account and report your details to fraud databases."

I personally find it insulting that they threatened to put my details on a fraud database when I had already paid for the service, I just wanted a full refund for the second payment which wasn't being used for anything. But they suspended the service I had paid for anyway.

As far as the up time I can't say anything specific as I haven't been monitoring it closely but I wouldn't use them for anything critical as I did experience what I seem to remember being a 1-2 day downtime. Also performance has been hit and miss, some days it works fine and others the pages take a while to load.
