Deceptive Experience with PagePilot.ai — Promised Refund, Then Terminated My Account
I signed up for PagePilot.ai and paid in full, initially believing that their product might justify the price. However, after trying it, I felt it didn’t deliver the value I expected, so I reached out to request a refund.
Their product manager responded and offered a 50% refund while allowing me to continue using the service. I agreed to this arrangement in good faith.
Unfortunately, I discovered today that my account has been terminated without warning or explanation, and I never received the promised refund. This is not only unprofessional but feels like a clear breach of trust.
I’ve now had to open a chargeback with my bank due to their failure to honor their own terms. Very disappointing experience.
🚫 Be cautious if you're considering using PagePilot.ai. Their customer support and refund practices are unreliable at best.

Would like to say thank you to your staff for quickly answering to my request. Also wish to mention I love your site. This is awesome just by giving a product name it gives you a complete and professional marketing description of it. WOW this is fabulous! Though one minor negative thing: by mistake (because not knowing well how it really worked at the beginning), I've generated 2 products in double, I wish I could have removed them, because now it affects my number left of products.

Great App plus Great Support
Pagepilot makes setting up a store and creating great looking ad copies easy for newbies like me. And from the time I was just finding my way around the app using the free trial, I did not feel alone as support particularly Jess, is always responsive to my questions, and has always provided guidance when I am "lost". These are two reasons I always look for when using a paid service; how good is the product and how great is the support.

I’m sorry we had to block your affiliate account and void your commission, but we found that you were using a grey hat affiliate method to earn those commissions. Let me explain what happened in detail and hopefully clear things up.
We observed that a significant portion of your traffic (over 80%) was coming from Google Ads, while the remainder (around 20%) originated from your website. Unfortunately, our affiliate program explicitly prohibits sending direct traffic from Google Ads to avoid conflicts with our own marketing efforts. These rules are clearly outlined on your affiliate dashboard at the time of sign-up and are accessible every time you log into your affiliate portal. Additionally, they are stated in our affiliate terms and conditions. We are confident that you were aware of these guidelines but chose to disregard them.
Due to this violation, your account was flagged, and we monitored the traffic for several weeks. When we confirmed that ads were continuously being run on our branded keywords in Google Ads, we made the difficult decision to void the associated commissions and block your affiliate account. This activity not only drives up the cost of our advertising but also breaches our program’s policies. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I sincerely regret that it came to this.
We take all feedback seriously, and as a result, our affiliate program will now operate on an invitation-only basis to prevent similar issues in the future. This change allows us to better monitor affiliate activities and ensure adherence to our policies.

This app is a must-have!
I'm new to PagePilot but my experience has been great. I can create a converting landing page in minutes and their customer support team is excellent. I recently had an issue with the pricing component and Jess was able to help me by sending a short video that explained how to do what I needed in literally seconds.
