The t-shirts that arrived are high quality and true to size. I can tell the printing on the shirts is also good quality and will withstand washing without cracking. I love the variety and originality of the shirts on this site, will definitely be back to order again!

Shirt quality issues but refund after I reviewed
I ordered 5 shirts. When I tried on the first one, it split in a one foot hole on the side from my elbow (there was no seam). The shirt wasn’t even tight. I contacted to return the order because I worried the rest would also rip, I wasn’t allowed to return at all. I could only exchange for the damaged shirt. The shirts were also the texture of drop cloths.
Update: I’ve increased the review from 1 star to 4 because after I posted my original review, the company reached out giving me half of my money back for the unworn shirts and a full refund for the damaged shirt without returning any products. The quality of the shirts and the fact that only my 1-star review prompted the refund is the reason for the reduction from 5 stars to 4.

Need more size options
Ordering was easy - took a while to arrive but that was communicated fairly well through the tracking number.
There need to be more sizing options. I’m a size 6-8 UK and even the smallest size is absolutely huge on me, even though I’m also tall so usually need to size up to get the length.

Good Quality
I ordered a shirt from Pagewings and the quality was great. The shipping did take a while, but that's to be expected when shipping from China to the U.S. I didn't have any interactions with customer service, so I can't speak to that.

I never received the product
I never received the product. The product shipped from China and supposedly arrived at my door within 10 days of my order.
I work from home so I always have access and visual to my mailbox and my door as we have cameras. I never received the item.

Great but huge
All of the clothes I received are great, I had a really hard time choosing because there were so many amazing options, but I got stuff for myself and three of my kids and everybody loved their shirts. I took off one star however, because the sizing is super wonky. My 8 year-old daughter typically wears a medium in kids and the size 6–8 literally almost comes down to her knees. I bought my 5 year-old a size 4–6, and it comfortably fits my 9 year-old. It will be several years before my kids grow into their clothes. The adult size is also seem to run big, I am typically at least a large, bought myself a medium as a “goal shirt” and it fits me comfortably now.
