I am extremely disappointed with Paidwork. After the recent major maintenance, my account completely disappeared and the system says 'user not found' when I try to log in.
I have a verified balance of $40 from the MyChips offerwall. MyChips support has already confirmed that the reward was successfully sent to my account. I have all the evidence, including screenshots and confirmation emails from the partner.
I have sent multiple support tickets over the past few weeks, but I only receive automated replies or total silence. It is unacceptable to lose hard-earned money due to a technical glitch. I request a manual review of my case and the restoration of my balance.
