I’ve been using Painfree products for a while now for different treatments—tattoos, PMU (permanent makeup), waxing, and laser sessions—and I wanted to share my honest experience.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first. I’ve tried regular numbing creams from the pharmacy before, and while they work, they often take longer to kick in and need a thicker layer. Painfree, however, feels different from the start. The cream spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave your skin sticky or greasy. The spray is also super convenient for covering larger areas quickly.
The effect can vary depending on your skin and the type of treatment, but for me, it really reduced discomfort and made sessions much more manageable. During tattoos and laser treatments, I genuinely noticed a difference in how little pain I felt, which made the whole experience way more comfortable.
I also really appreciate how clear and simple their instructions are. Following the guidelines makes a noticeable difference, and if you ever have questions, their customer support is responsive and helpful.
Overall, Painfree has made a real difference in how I experience cosmetic treatments. It might not work exactly the same for everyone, but applied correctly, it definitely helps reduce pain and makes procedures much easier to handle. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an effective numbing solution—whether you’re a first-timer or a regular at treatments.

The cream was recommended to me by my tattoo artist, i didnt except it to take away the pain entirely but i was pleasantly surprised. Couldn't even feel when the tattoo started, it lasted the whole session (around 2 hours) . I didnt apply it right everywhere but where i did it was great, can only recommend! Delivery was quick and everything came unharmed.
Healing wise it doesnt seem to impact anything either 👍👍

Here comes the “expert” again on tattoo numbing creams. I´d have to say that I had high expectations for the product. No secret that most of the products out there are pure shit, especially TKTX and every site claiming to be the “authentic product” and so on.
This company actually came out as more serious, customer service really good, prices are great as well. Till I tried the actual product there´s absolutely nothing wrong to say.
For my session I used their Extreme tube, did all the preparations and cream applied 1.15 before the session. I expected hours of numbing here, but it sadly wore off after perhaps 45 min to 1h. There were still some numbing here and there but pretty far from the total numbness lasting for hours. Sad, I was really expecting more on this one.
I also tried the spray, not what I was expected either but that could have been on me so I shouldn’t say too much. Still have some tubes left, I will give it a go again but far from convinced.

This painfree cream has totally saved me. I am so sensitive and using this is the only way I can get through getting larger tattoos.
At the beginning I was afraid to make me a tattoo, and then i heard about this cream, my reaction ? : It's amazing, I didn't feel any pain, and to be honest I sleep 30 minutes during my first tattoo :))
