Our experience with Painless Payroll has been positive throughout. It was a simple process to set up our payroll with them, and Lorraine has been really helpful through this process and since. The payroll is always run efficiently and accurately, and Lorraine is always on hand to help when needed.

I see why they have named it painless payroll. The companies knowledge and proffesinalism really does make matters painless! I have always relyed on their support to the point of being annoying.
They have always been able to support me in my managing role and solve any problems I may have ussually in one phone call. from working out messy maternaty sick and dependency pay to filling out gov employer forms for apprentaships. Particular thanks to Lorraine who I trust and rely on to make sure I am doing things correctly - not an easy task! 🙂

Lorraine Hyde provides an outstanding payroll service at a very competitive price. She is highly knowledgable about all things to do with pay, HMRC and NI contributions and is very happy to discuss issues with you on the phone if required. On a couple of occasions she has also kindly offered to speak to HMRC on my behalf saving me hours of being bounced around various departments at HMRC trying to find an answer to my query. I cannot recommend her more highly, she provides an excellent service.

My payroll provider closed. I was looking for a new provider and luckily I found Lorraine at Painless payroll True to their word it was painless they moved my team over without a hicup Also amazingly they are HUMAN!! you can even talk to them on the telephone !! So if you need a problem sorting you dont have to wait for an email reply I could not reccomend this company highly enough. Oh and it is all at a sensible cost as well
