Best paint ever used
Excellent ordering service and packaged well on arrival. Excellent choice of paint but by far the most important point is the excellent quality of the paint. You may pay more for it than Dulux or Crown but as my husband says (who knows about painting and decorating) it is the best paint he has ever used.

Very poor
Sadly I have contacted this company on more than one occasion for wallpaper samples. They did not arrive and the company said they would send a replacement order. Which also did not arrive. On contacting the company again they informed me that only one sample was now available. This, has also not arrived. Why would I spend hundreds of pounds on wallpaper if they can't manage to get samples to me! Their communications are very pleasant but totally hopeless.

Colours are beautiful but coverage isn’t great
Colours are beautiful but at this price I’d expect the coverage to be better. I had painted three swatches of various shades of white on my already-white walls before deciding on Paarl from Paint & Paper Library, and it took three coats (and hundreds of euro) to not be able to see the white swatches anymore. I also had a couple of dark swatches and it took 4-5 coats to cover these. Had the same issue in another room with a different shade from the same brand (also white on white). Shame because the shades they have are nicer than Little Greene or Farrow & Ball but unfortunately will be returning to one of those next time since I generally only need 2 coats of their paint. I would still give four stars though because the finished product is beautiful - just took a while to get there!

We opted for Canvas I and it’s such a lovely off-white colour without being yellow. Fabulous paint to work with, alongside The Little Greene paint. Wouldn’t use anything else.

The best paint Iv used
The paint was just incredible to paint with. It's thick and covers everything! You can two the quality. The colour Canvas I I just want my whole house this colour: it's beautiful and better than farrow and ball and Craig and rose by far.

Beautiful range of samples
Had a browse of the website and was undecided on colour so ordered some samples. These were sent completely free of charge and the quality of the sample book was next level, all swatches were individually printed and stuck into the book so you could see different finishes clearly and I loved the way it simplified colour selection by suggesting complimentary colours and the architects range that you can select as base colour. So helpful if you are struggling to decide on a colour theme. Beautiful paints with good coverage and pigments. Would highly recommend.
