Very bad quality. I made an order and it took a month to arrive and then the quality is so bad which does not make any sense to invest any time on this as you can see all the numbers after painting. So it is a piece of trash.

This company is a rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. you will be charged and never get your order. I was made promise after promise that it was on the way. It's now been a month

Shipping was very slow. The quality of the acrylic paints was inferior with many of the colors requiring a second coat because they didn't cover. Also, the viscosity of the paints was not uniform with some easy to work with and others not so much. On the positive side, the paint guide that comes with the canvas was well done, full size and appreciated. Better than most.

Emailed customer service. They close for a week around Christmas and a week around New Year's. They just say, check on your own. You check and it says "in transit", for 2 weeks? It would have been nice to know ahead of time.
And it was not cheap

Canvas was so faint impossible to paint very poor quality canvas. Requested refund. Return only possible by sending back to Germany at my expense. Still waiting for reply on refund status.

I ordered an item as a Christmas Present and despite chasing the company, the item has still not arrived.
I have requested a refund but their customer service is non existent and there is no response.
This company is not to be trusted, they take your money and don’t deliver.
My child will not receive 1 of their presents which I ordered and paid for in November.

Previously I had a good experience with this company, but my last few purchases lack the quality I expected. My most recent purchase arrived smashed and the contents inside were wrinkled and the canvas edges appeared to be cut by a 3 yo. The paints are horrible and do not cover. I’m having to go over sections 2 and 3 times. I’ve contacted the company to let them know how disappointing their quality is lately. I won’t be ordering from them again. My thought is, the company farms out orders to others, which would explain the lack of consistency.

This company is horrible. They don't give a damn about the customer and they do absolutely nothing to help. I spent over $80 and they refuse to help me. Unfortunately my husband accidentally threw away the paints so I asked them to send me some new ones which I would pay for. They said all I can do is buy the entire kit again. I don't need the painting!!!

I would give 0 if I could. Appalling customer service. Placed an order back in November allowing plenty of time for a Christmas present to arrive. It’s now Christmas Eve and I still haven’t received anything. Communication is dreadful - it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone. I have now requested a refund from my bank. AVOID.

I actually think this website is not legit. I received my faulty product and emailed them to which they replied (eventually) that they would issue me a refund. I questioned a month later where this refund was and they said unfortunately it has gone past the time to request a refund. I emailed them straight back saying ‘but you had already agreed for me to receive a refund’. Still waiting for a response so I think they are just trying to get away with paying me back. Why they led me on to believe that I would receive one baffles me. Also, some of their wording within emails and on their site questions their legitimacy. Avoid!

Absolutely perfect experience with DIY-PaintByNumbers! I can't understand the negative reviews, they must be a mix-up. My order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The packaging was secure, ensuring all the materials were safe. The quality of the paints and canvas exceeded my expectations, making the painting process smooth and enjoyable.

The instructions were clear, and the finished product looked stunning. This is, without a doubt, one of the best shops for paint by numbers. I have to say I’m surprised at the negative reviews! Although it does take a couple of weeks to arrive it’s definitely worth the wait

Product never arrived after two months of chasing. The so-called Customer Service were utterly useless and wouldn't even give me the name and contact details of the shipping company. A complete fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Took my street address off my shipment before sending it to the carrier. About a month later, they got the package back from the shipper. I asked them to refund my money. They refused and resent the package, again without the street address. Now the shipper says the package is "suspicious" and had been holding it for over a week, stating they will be returning the package to these people. They are now refusing to refund my money because they have not received the package yet. They are the WORST!

I ordered a Paint by Numbers kit as a Christmas present for my wife.
They tell me that they have no record of my order although my card payment went straight through. They sent an initial email to say order was received. They still deny all knowledge of it. My bank statement has money going to Germany?? Do NOT buy from this company!!
