I have used this website and received my painting on canvas with everything I need to paint with. This is a legitimate website. Please be careful of scams unfortunately our world today is full of thieves. I will buy again from these ladies ❤️

I was having a problem with delivery, and they were extremely prompt responding to me. In the end, the delivery was made on time and it was the fault of my apartment complex for not letting me know the packages had arrived. They were extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company if you want to enjoy some adult paint by numbers!

Despite ordering my PBN kit in June during the COVID-crisis, my shipment only took three weeks to arrive from China to Western Australia.
The customer service team was very fast in their reply and super helpful.
I am very happy with the quality of the products - the pre-stretched canvases all arrived without a scratch, the colour pots are creamy and contain plenty for multiple coats. I'm not too happy about the quality of the brushes, but as they are the easiest to replace, that's no huge issue. Very happy with my purchase!

I really love this company!! The kits come on time, and contain everything needed. They all have a large reference page and a large color picture of the finished painting. I have ordered quite a few from them, and I love the "Buy 3, get one free" special. Colors are always vibrant, always plenty of paint, and the kit even includes varnish, a level and hardware for hanging. By far the BEST kits I have purchased. I have already recommended this company to friends. There are MANY fake companies out there, so I am SO glad to have found this one!!!

I love my paintbynumbers. It took a bit to get them but now that they have arrived, I am enjoying them. Super simple to follow the instructions and the email with the helpful tips was a great help also.

This company is the real deal! Wonderful designs, great paints, very intricate paint by numbers that are nothing like the simple things I did as a child. I had ordered from a similar company and blamed these guys for the bad service. They set me straight and I'm so happy they did! Don't be fooled by cheap imitators. I will always buy from paintbynumbers.shop!

Had problem sorting out paint colours etc as my first attempt at painting and was pleased to have great help from paint by nnumbers Iumbers.

So happy with my purchase, looks great and painted just like the picture.

NOTE: There is a legitimate paintbynumbers site and many of us have been ripped off by imposters posing as paintbynumbers.
To the imposters —> Would give zero if possible. My wife paid for 2 air mattresses in May 2020 and in September we have not received nor have they responded to numerous emails. Check other 1 star reviews this company is a complete FRAUD!!!

I received my kit within two weeks. I was happy with the quality of the paints and canvas. I had to use a magnifying glass for some parts of the painting but it was worth it in the end. This was my third paint by numbers from this company and I have been very happy with the service and the product each time.

Loved every bit of it. It was like meditating. I felt so proud when I finished my painting as it looked so real and professional 😍

This is the most reputable company to work with. I accidentally order from a website that I thought was this one, I’ve been scammed no paintings have I received.
I have ordered from this company and I received my painting a few days ago. Thank you very much.

Sad to see some people got scammed :( I bought one of the paintings last year and had great fun with it. I was thinking to order another one but so many websites appeared that looked exactly like the original paintbynumbers. I nearly ordered one from one of the scammers but had a real bad feeling and decided not to order..anyhow I know now to order from the original site.

I have purchased a few of these type products recently from 3 different companies and I must say your products were far superior. They came frames and didn’t need assembling. . The pots of paints were pre-numbered and there were multiples of the colours needed and the numbers on the canvas were a size which were easily legible.

My 84year old mother who had always wanted to learn to paint was able to complete one of your pieces and it boosted her confidence and given her a great sense of achievement. We have shared her achievements with family and friends and the positive feedback has truly lifted her spirts! Very grateful PaintByNumbers have given us this.

I will be repurchasing from you and only you again.

I was scammed by another vendor (originalpaintbynumber.com)who used a very similar email address as paint by numbers. Paint by numbers responded to my inquiry so quickly about my order with this scam vendor (who, by the way, had a phone #that did not work). Please be careful. This site paintbynumbers.shop is the real deal.
