I have placed two orders with Paint Gear and both arrived very quickly.
There was a small problem with the second, which was put right very quickly and extra cutting pads supplied free of charge.

Full touch up kit.
Recieved my full touch up kit. Arrived within 3 working days.
Tried and tested on a my grey Defender. Colour match was spot on. Carried out with Instructions from there YouTube video. Brilliant job done.
I would definitely recommend Paintgear. All kit cleaned and ready to use again.

Well-planned scam.
Total waste of money. This is a scam! Didn't do anything for my scratches, if anything, made them more conspicuous. The product dried up in the bottle before I could use it a second time and to top it off, when I complained to no avail and amended this review to reflect my disappointment, the E-commerce manager, Lyndsey, sent me an intimidating, Gestapo-style email!

This customer ordered 15 months ago, was given a discount and has just decided to use a product today. The order is out of returns policy. This has been communicated with him over emails. Once we refused to send him items out for free he has emailed me to let me know he has given a poor review. Standard blackmail. He is continuing to leave us multiple bad reviews, however, email evidence shows previous positive feedback from this customer. 20,000 orders have been made to our store. Therefore, it is totally inappropriate to slander our company. Any further slander or defamation to our business will be reported.
Just placed my first order for two paint kits
Just placed my first order for two different paint codes, and amazing customer service! Paint was 100% correct! However, there was a small mistake in the order (wrong accessory) and it was resolved within 24hrs. Often the mark of a good company is they get it right first time but a great company knows how to resolve an issue! Top Marks to the Paintgear team!!
