Complete scam. Fraudulent website. Do not order

Feels like a scam ! Ordered end of January and still haven't received my item. Numerous emails and WhatsApp messages but no replies. Do not use. Will be going through my bank to get refund !!

Ordered on 23rd December. Aledgedly shipped on the 4th Jan. EVRI confirmed receipt on Monday 5th at 8:00pm promising a 2 day delivery. With no delivery by Thursday and no movement on the tracker EVRI started with platitudes and ended with useless contradiction saying they had never had it.

By Monday 12th I messaged PBN-E and got a reassuring text. By Wednesday PBN-E had had enough time to contact EVRI and update me but I had no replies to further messages so I informed my bank to investigate a possible scam.

Given what I have found here I am completely perplexed by a website with such good front end and order management and acknowledgement. However, looking at the trustpilot reviews that glow and comparing them with the 6 (Inc this one) actually on TP I would not use this company. Also the link buttons for Facebook and X are pictures with no URL behind them.

It's very sad, I was looking forward to handing my wife a special gift, that's the worst part.

Company is a scam, took and confirmed order and money. Weeks later not answering emails or live chat, despite saying reply within 2 hours. Complete rubbish.

In September I bought a 30cm x 40cm paint by numbers advent calendar from paintingbynumbers-expert with extra paint as backup. The delivery of the product was pretty swift and arrived within a few weeks however, on the 1st of December when I opened the product, I found out that the calendar only displayed 15 of the 25 days with some of the other days cut off. I did not receive the extra paint. This was extremely disappointing, especially as I was looking forward to working on a craft project over Christmas.
I swiftly emailed the company twice asking what had happened to my product, I received no response. I tried WhatsApp live chat feature, offered to return the product for a refund but, was told that I had to provide a 5 star review for the company in order to receive the refund. I was under no obligation to provide a 5 star review for a product that was not the same as the one displayed on their website in order to get my money back. I have not had my recent messages read or been provided with a response or refund after further discussions.
As of right now I have still not received a refund from this company and I do not recommend this site to others.

Feeling like this is a scam. Like previous reporter, no order updates nor response on comms.

I've not got it yet, I've had no updates, I've emailed them twice , it says they answer within 2 hours of a mail, I have had no reply. It's been a week since I ordered.

I'm now very concerned...

If I get an update and it suddenly arrives I would alter the review....

Nothing went wrong. I have not ordered from them. Just thought that you should be aware that they are claiming to have a 4.8 star rating on trust pilot, despite having no reviews whatsoever here. I only checked because their spelling was a bit dodgy on their website.
