Total rip off
Total rip off. Shocking, £23 to send two thin rubber seals to mainland Scotland. Not made clear at time of ordering. Outrageous, would have been cheaper to drive down and get them. Would never use again even though their paint is excellent and I have several Land Rovers to paint, Ill be going elsewhere.

Hi John, we have previously spoken with you on email and expressed our apologies for this website mistake and offered you a discount on your next purchase to fix the over-charge on the website.
Unfortunately the shipping features aren't very smart and charge only a set rate. As you rightly say, this is expensive for your rubber seals, but an email or phone call could have resolved this and we would have changed the courier straight away. As mentioned on the email response, the delivery fee would have been shown at the basket and checkout once your details had been entered.
Again, we are sorry you have had a bad experience and can only apologise. Paintman Paint is a totally different website to Paintman Panels.

High quality parts and great service
Old Land Rover parts can be a bit of a minefield in terms of fit and quality, and I did my research before coming to Paintman Panels. Top quality Land Rover parts - and reasonably priced. Great service too - also went for Paintman Panels based on reports of great service, unlike some others.

The best quality door tops for a series…
The best quality door tops for a series 11a land rover I have ever bought.
Fitted really well and have the slight angle built in so they don't need bending like the other brands do

Rear Quarter Panel has latch cut out on…
Rear Quarter Panel has latch cut out on edge where door seal sits. To be fair most manufacturers make this mistake. On the early 1958 88" with the pull down tail gate, the panels had no cut out for the door latch. I made up a piece and welded it in.
Other than the above the panel was OK and delivered well packaged.

Thank you for the observation. In fairness to the panel, it is an aftermarket manufactured panel and is universal to both the rear door option and the drop down tailgate. We are pleased you found it a good panel other than the universal variation.
