I had a few pre-purchase questions which were promptly and courteously answered, giving me the confidence to buy. The company owner promptly reached out to me. I was more than satisfied with the response and their products are as expected. One little tip, if you are going portraits or complicated custom paintings, it can may be better to opt for less than 48 colors.

Last year before Christmas I ordered 3 paintings. Buy 2 get one free. Two dogs and cat. Cat was very complicated. Mostly grey and grey background. When received package we thought that colours were in brown shade. I emailed company and next day I received email that the colours are right as per design. Willam promised that he will replace it if it won’t turn right. My wife was painting them for a month. All turned perfect. It was great gift for my kids as this was one of Christmas gift for them very personal. It looks like this was the most appreciated gift they received. Few days ago I purchased 3 more paintings. I ordered them stretched on frames. Never had experience to frame them before. For painting cat the areas are very small and I had to purchase extra small brushes from Amazon. I ordered 6 paint by numbers for Christmas in early December, they arrived within a couple weeks, even coming from China. Package was well wrapped, everything was in one piece. I immediately wished I had bought one for myself.
Canvas material is sturdy, takes paint well and pictures are large! Paint quality is great, the 3 brush sizes work well. I enjoyed several hours of painting on Christmas.

This is actually NOT a Canadian Company. Once you put in order they process it only. The product comes from China and you actually can't see the full traveling of product because the website is broken. Here I thought I would have my product by now since I'm actually 3 hours away from the company but yet that is not the case. The company did follow-up without providing full details. You do NOT get product within their delivery time so far it's been 9 business days and it's not even in Canada. Cheaper and faster going through Amazon same quality product and they don't state Canadian company with false information.

2. The delivery delay you’re seeing is caused by the courier and is unfortunately outside our control. We’ve explained this in our email replies to you. If you can’t find the email, I’m happy to resend the tracking details.
3. To make this right, I’ve processed a full refund for your order. The refund has been issued on our side, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing for that to show in your account depends on the bank/card issuer, but it usually takes a couple of business days.
4. Please do accept the kit when it arrives; you’ll be able to compare the product quality yourself. We stand behind the materials, conversion, and finish, and we think you’ll notice the difference versus generic marketplace alternatives.

I found Paint On Numbers by doing a Google search for a Canadian company.
After uploading my custom picture, I realized I could not pay with my credit card as that the site was only accepting payment via PayPal. An email to William for quidance was answered within minutes and although it would take a few days for the site to be fixed, he started my order and hsd it shipped..before I had paid!
I received my order today and the quality of the canvas, paints and brushes are fantastic!

I had a bad experience with another paint by number company and was very hesitant in ordering from another company due to my bad experiences with the delivery companies some of the websites use , packages never arrive.
I sent an email out to Paint On Number CA asking what currier service they used , they didn’t use the one I was hoping for but assured me that they’d do everything in their power to make sure it arrived safely to my door .
True to their word they sent me previews before shipping them out to make sure I was happy with them , they emailed me updates on when it was shipped , where it was daily and when it would arrive at my door .
I have mental health issues and Paint by numbers help me in a lot of ways , especially with my anxiety.
