Decratile metal tiles Transforned!
I found the process of trying to find the correct colour match between the roof decratile metal alloy tiles , and those above the park home bay windows , very difficult. The Paints4Trade colour chart helped me make what I believe to be the closest match possible ! The paint went on super smoothly , a joy to work with, after stirring, of course!
Looking back at the job, I’m proud of the effect but for one thing. I didn’t bear in mind that the gloss of the chosen colour would stand out as well as it does! If I could rewind the order and select the same colour , but in Matt, to match the roof tiles, the job would be perfect . The paints done it’s job so well , forming such a protective shielding layer over older alloy metal decratiles, it’s transformed them from the sun bleached tale of sorrow they had become, to a pleasant tone of generous colour again!

Your review is completely misleading and omits the most important facts.
Our records show that your name was already flagged on our system following an earlier transaction in April 2026, when a chargeback was raised claiming that you had never received your order. As a result, our team presented clear tracking evidence to defend your chargeback.
You then chose to place another order with us in August 2026 for our Roof & Tile Paint in Brick Red. After receiving that order, you alleged that the colour supplied was incorrect. Our Customer Service Team quite reasonably requested photographic evidence so that the complaint could be investigated.
What was provided raised an extremely serious issue.
The photographs supplied appeared to show paint connected with the April 2026 order — the SAME order that you had previously declared as “not received” during a chargeback claim.
That is not a minor discrepancy. It goes directly to the credibility of the claims being made against our business.
On the evidence available to us, we believe this pattern of behaviour amounts to an attempted deception of our company, and we will not allow a one-sided Trustpilot review to rewrite the documented history of these transactions.
We keep detailed records. We retain evidence. We investigate disputed transactions. And when somebody makes claims that conflict directly with evidence they themselves have supplied, we will call it out clearly and publicly.
We will ALWAYS defend our professional company, our employees and our reputation against suspected fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse and deception.
We consider the matter closed!
