Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry for the delay with your order.
Your order was placed on Tuesday 7th April at 3:53pm, which was after our midday cut-off, so it was due to be processed on the next working day. The item ordered was 1L Coo-Var Hammercote Smooth Finish Metal Paint in Yellow on a 3-day dispatch service.
That said, we fully acknowledge that the order did not leave us until Tuesday 14th April, and tracking shows it was delivered on Wednesday 15th April. Excluding the weekend (Non working days), this meant the order arrived around 48 hours later than expected.
We sincerely apologise for this delay and appreciate your patience. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the shipping charge back to your original payment method.

Very poor delivery service
Ordered on 5/4/2026, notified:
We wanted to let you know that your order (#207280) was shipped via DX, Secure Flex Next day on 10/4/2026. ,
DX said they’d tried to deliver but no one was in (Sat 11/4) - this was untrue as we have CCTV cameras! Finally delivered Monday 13/4!!!
8 days from order confirmation- would love to hear reasons for delay and abject lie regarding ‘missed delivery’.
I’m sure paints are ok but logistics very poor.

In regard to your 5L Path & Patio Paint, manufactured in your customised colour RAL 7015, this was ordered on Sunday 05/04/2026 at 20:03, outside of our normal working hours. At checkout, the service selected was our free shipping option, which is a 3-day dispatch service rather than a guaranteed delivery service.
Your order was processed on Monday 06/04/2026. However, we do acknowledge that it left our goods-out department 24 hours later than scheduled and promised, and for that we sincerely apologise.
According to DX tracking, a delivery attempt was made on Saturday 11/04/2026 at 12:21, but they reported there was no answer at the address. We understand your concern regarding this and appreciate how frustrating that must have been, especially given your CCTV footage.
DX then confirmed successful delivery on Monday 13/04/2026 at 12:37. Overall, this meant delivery was completed after 5 working days, which was approximately 48 hours later than we would have expected.
We are truly sorry for the delay and the inconvenience caused. We do hope this did not impact your project too greatly, and that your Path & Patio Paint performs exactly as expected. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
