Ordered touch up paint for my Fiesta ST2 ( Spirit Blue) and was delivered the next day , perfect match. Over many years have ordered 27 different colours for different vehicles and each time perfect. Customer service second to none.

Colour was perfectly matched to the colour of my car. Had a scratch possibly from a shopping trolley. The touch up pens covered it up perfectly

Josh and Alison really helpful on the phone, product delivered on time and exactly as promised.
Bigger organisations I spoke to weren't interested in trying to meet my requirements, probably because I wasn't buying huge quantities.
Proper Service

I have used paints4u on a few occasions, I have always found the paint match to be perfect. On this purchase I made a mistake in my order and the team at paints4u noticed and contacted me to discuss what the items were for. They advised me about a different type of paint and searched for the correct colour match for a vintage bike, Absolutely satisfied with the contact and outcome, You can't really ask for more, Great team. Bought from ebay shop, delivered to the dpd depot instead of our workshop.
They had the goods back and only gave a 30% refund.
Scammed.

I looked for paint in a spray can that would match the colour code of my car. I contacted paints 4 u by email to ensure I was purchasing the correct paint which they assured me I was.

When I was looking for a paint supplier, I was checking prices and reviews. Paints 4 u seemed to be the best value to review, so I went for them.

I purchased my can, it arrived in good time and even though the website reminded me I'd need lacquer, they also wrote it on the box in pen, which I'd already purchased but I appreciate the nice reminder.

I applied my paint and even though my car is over 12 years old, the paint was very, very similar. Once I'd blended it in, it looked great and is barely noticeable.

I have used this Company a couple of times and they get better every time. I sent them a couple of samples, one of them quite a tricky match. I quickly received a couple of photos to look at to compare and some good advice as to choices. Once I’d made my decision and paid I got a message that the items were being dispatched. They arrived in under 24 hours and were a very good match. A first class service from a great team who could teach the ‘big boys’ a thing or two about Customer Service. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I purchased some paint off eBay. There was a small issue with the courier but nothing was too much trouble and was reassured at every stage that the matter would be sorted. This Company supplies paint that you would struggle to find elsewhere and at a reasonable price. Together with such an awesome customer service why would you go anywhere else. Can highly recommend this Company.

For a small family run business, this company is certainly the place to go for all your auto paint needs.

I had a re-order and a question - got a phone call from Alison at head office explaining what I wanted to know - she could not have been more helpful and added a document to my order as a back up for her explanation.

I was having problems finding a colour and satin match for my old SAAB bumpers & the team at Paints4U went above & beyond in helping me find what I needed. I can only say a massive "Thank You" to Alison, Josh & everybody for their patience, dedication, care and assistance. I'm over the moon with the end result.

Wonderful customer service!
I odered a touch-uo kit for my wife's new Honda Jazz. It's a complex paint job and it needed a three stage kit. This wasn't obvious on the website and it should have cost more than I actually paid, but they didn't charge me for the extra paint stage. When I phoned to ask about the three stage process, they couldn't have been more helpful. The colours are absolutely spot-on and I'm delighted with the result.

I needed an obscure classic colour mixed and Josh couldn't have been more helpful searching for the correct code and even sending a photo of the mixed paint to check the colour was right. From first contact it's taken less than a day for it to be delivered. Exceptional service. Thank you Josh.
