Jamal Chraibi is the worst employer you could…
Jamal is honestly the worst employer you could ever have. He is a professional at promising you this huge future with the company, telling you how important you are and how much is coming, just to get everything he wants from you and then kick you out like you were nothing.
Completely egocentric and in my experience a compulsive liar. All you get is fake promises about higher salary, bonuses and compensation when the success fees hit the company bank account. But somehow when the money comes, your money never comes.
This company is basically two German kids in their early 20s acting like they are the next Goldman Sachs. They make everyone believe this is some huge serious project and that you are part of something real. In the end its just big words, fake promises and people being used until they are no longer needed.
Do not trust anything unless you have it in writing. And even then I would be careful.
