Ease of assembly, timely deliver, quality product. Looked at several scooters and anticipated a little lighter. Confused by battery options

We’re full-time RVers living with Multiple Sclerosis, which means we already haul around way too much stuff. The Paiseec D3 fits our life perfectly. It’s lightweight enough for me to handle, and it fits right in the back seat of our truck without any wrestling match.
And the final verdict?
Jenny approved (our 14lb dog). She loves riding in the basket like she’s queen of the campground.

Quick fast delivery, great customer service. I had a few questions before ordering my grandmother a wheel chair. The representative was very responsive and attentive. Which help me decide on my final choice

This mobility scooter has been great. Smooth, powerful and very easy to get in and out of the car. Been very happy with this purchase

I adore my Paiseec! Compared to my ultra lightweight manual wheelchair, my 2-in-1 Piaseec is far more comfortable and easier to operate. I fit through doorways better (despite having 5" > seat width) and it takes up less space folded. Didn't receive my 5 free ad on gifts that were advertised inclusions when I purchased though :(

Customer service experience with this company has been horrible. There is nothing on the website or in your order confirmation that states the battery ships separately. It wasn’t until my order arrived missing items that I called and was told they ship separately. I was lied to by the rep, who told me they would arrive in two days. I wasn’t given a tracking number for the additional items. They never came, so I tried calling and escalating my concerns. The person on the phone told me they can’t give me a tracking number and they can’t contact or transfer me to a supervisor. I ended up calling my bank and filing fraud charges because this company made me feel completely scammed. It wasn’t until my 5th phone call, an email to support, and fraud charges with my bank that Paiseec responded to my concerns and mailed me the missing battery. However, I was told the accessories were out of stock and would take a month to arrive. Again, zero communication to me as a customer about any of this upfront. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The scooter itself is nice but dealing with their offshore customer service is not worth the hassle.

It is with much gratitude to the Paiseec company and their sales and support staff, that I give my initial review of our new bright RED W1 wheelchair and the purchase experience which was phenomenal.
My wife and I are both 73. She struggles with physical and mental acuity and I with physical strength and stamina. I am the primary caregiver and have over 30 years of experience with mobility aids, both powered and unpowered, and more than one that required a van with a lift. Along with our new Paiseec chair, we currently own a Pride GoGo Elite 4 wheel scooter, a high end manual rollator, a folding lightweight walker and a folding transport chair. My wife can walk short distances only which is limiting our ability to 'get out'. Now, she can get exercise and relax when needed. In the past, we had to rotate devices to meet our anticipated needs. The one we most commonly use travels with us in the back of our SUV. We expect that to be the W1.
Whenever I research a new product, I make a list of the issues it needs to solve. In the case of the W1 powerchair, it addressed all of them. It is light enough for me to put into the car. It had to have easy to understand controls, a seat and footrest that prevents a tripping hazard and doesn't obstruct standing, the ability to walk behind when conditions allow. The Paiseec W1 met all of those criteria and then some which makes it a 5-star.
I will revisit this review once we've gained more outdoor experience with our W1.

So far, we've used our W1 as a power chair, a rollator, and a transport chair. I recommend staying on an improved surface (no snow or uneven pavement) because of the low ground clearance. If being a transport chair is your primary use, I would opt for the W3 with power assist. But, for short distances, I have no problems, and found that I can walk beside the chair and control it with my hand on the joystick. In tight spaces where I had to change directions a lot, we did have one issue. Because the caster wheels are in front, the tires can rub on the rider's shoe as you back up or change direction causing the wheels to swing around. I have to constantly remind my rider to keep her feet in the center of the footrest. One other inconvenience is the placement of the motor brake release levers up under the rear cover. That makes rolling it without the battery installed a real inconvenience.
For loading and unloading, I remove the battery so it's lighter. The chair also stays in the car and I bring the battery inside when the weather is really cold, or to charge it.

A Christmas Gift for My Wife…
Recently, while on vacation traveling to Sa Pa, my wife fell. Despite the pain, she pushed through and climbed Fansipan the very same day. Given her pre-existing conditions, this led to additional mobility issues and ongoing concern for the rest of our trip. We did make it home after completing all the activities we had planned, but unfortunately there were repercussions. She was in significant pain for several weeks afterward.
During that time, your marketing truly resonated with me. Her recent injury felt both detrimental and definitive—a moment that marked change. I chose not to wrap this gift, as it symbolized many things for us: a new stage in life, where traveling will require more preparation and thoughtful steps to reach the summit.
With optimism and positivity, we look forward to our next adventure—embracing versatility and continuing to explore together.

I love my scooter! It looks very sporty and the seat is comfortable. It feels stable while moving. It will be helpful to me.

Paiseec’s products are fantastic and a delightful alternative to far more expensive and clunky motorized wheeled devices. It’s relatively light weight, assembles and folds flat easily and quickly, and it has interchangeable batteries. Paiseec responds quickly and with good information.
