Extremely rude person

Extremely rude person, he has been calling my office to have me switch to Paizer - His name is AS - sales rep - feel extremely pressure and I told him I don't pay a rental fee for the terminal, he went on trying to justify their rates are cheaper - I told him I feel pressure about him calling twice yesterday and this morning again. I would appreciate rather I will call back - he got rude and aggressive staying that it is a plain lie he called many times - I told him I don't feel comfortable calling my office staff lyers and kept yelling on the phone and HANG UP the phone before I even finish speaking - Unfortunately, any remote idea to look into this company it's completely wipe out of our list of business connections / providers - If this is the way the treat potential clients - Imagine when you actually become their client.
Sorry Paizer - Should train your sales rep in customer services - you never know who will be your next client.

They are very misleading in their sales…

They are very misleading in their sales pitch. And they are very persistent. They keep calling up to several times a day despite us ignoring their calls. Two things that have totally destroyed my interest in their company, besides the fact that their claim to save me money does not work out in the math.

100% Satisfaction with the company and Anthony

Kishan the Superstar

Kishan was exceptional with clearing up questions I had with my account. He also helped navigate with Evalon to link my 2 accounts with My Payment Insider. If i ever have problems in the future, I know Kishan will be there to alleviate my stress.

I value honesty

I think Thomas was very honest with me, and dealt with my situation realistically. He is making an effort to really ensure the POS product being sold to me will actually meet my needs before I make the investment of time and money. He had empathy to my bad experience in the past and I feel confident I will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch answer from him.

Thomas and Simon both worked together…

Thomas and Simon both worked together to help me get and set up my machine. The both of them were awesome and very helpful and great sense of humor. I won't to let upper management know these two young individuals are a very very valuable asset to your organization. I will tell all my business partners to go and do business with you and your company.

Yet another deceitful company telling…

Yet another deceitful company telling half truths and whole lies to get your business. I spoke with Michael S about switching from my existing provider to Paizer. After he called me enough times I finally heard him out. I explained I was with a company and had a contract with them and they had exceptionally high cancellation fees. He assured me that no matter how high, they would reimburse me for them. I had this in writing of course but verbally is where he told me it may take a few payments to receive the whole amount. When I got my cancellation amount from my existing company, I called him back to make sure that they would reimburse $2800 worth of fees. He again assured me that they would and that with higher amounts, I may not receive it in one lump sum but that it may need to be reimbursed in a few payments. That was fine and I went ahead with the cancellation. I forwarded all of the information to Paizer to show proof of payment on my end and that is when I was informed about the $100 monthly credit I would receive on my account. This was NOT what I was told when I agreed to move over to Paizer. I tried explaining what I was told and that I never would have agreed to move over if I knew it was going to take 2 years to get my money back. They didn't care - shocker! Well, I have now been with the company for 7 months and have yet to receive a penny. Getting ahold of these people is harder than getting ahold of the Government. It takes countless emails and voicemails and hours on hold to even hope to speak to someone. Now after finally getting through to someone over the phone, I find out that they will only cover $500. ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! I regret ever moving to this company - avoid it at all costs if you are banking on them paying off your cancellation contract.

Helping heart

Because of Michelle , the customer service who helped, guided and put her effort above and beyond just to make and turned my not so good starting experience re opening my account. Helped me focus and the better side instead of feeling dis appointed, Her efforts that makes it wonderful knowing someone got your back and didn’t question your worth as a customer. Given me a 100%wonderful experience all throughout, and make sure till the end that I’m set up and ready to go.It’s wonderful to have Michelle assist me for she has a heart in helping .Hope she’ll find her success in this field.
