Title: Warning: OIS Media Inc / PAJobSite.com appears to be a fraudulent job‑site operation
I am writing this review to warn clinics, PA/NP applicants, and healthcare employers about my experience with OIS Media Inc, the company behind PAJobSite.com, NPJobSite.com, MDSearch.com, RNJobSite.com, and several other similar job boards.
On August 12, 2026, my clinic paid $1,099.85 for access to “verified” PA and NP applicants. After paying, we received a large volume of supposed leads. We contacted over 100 applicants in California by phone and email over several weeks. Not a single person responded. Not one.
This raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the applicant data.
Shortly afterward, we discovered OIS Media charged us again in September and October without authorization. Their website provides no functional way to cancel, and many other victims online report the same issue.
Multiple consumers have also reported that OIS Media listed incorrect or random phone numbers, including one case where an applicant’s mother’s phone number was used. This strongly suggests the company is scraping or fabricating applicant information.
After researching further, we found numerous complaints describing:
Fake or recycled applicant profiles
Wrong or mismatched phone numbers
Applicants who never applied and had no idea their information was being used
Recurring unauthorized charges
No customer service response
No way to cancel
Multiple business names used to confuse consumers
The pattern of behavior is consistent with a fraudulent operation.
I am posting this review to help others avoid being misled or financially harmed.
