Worst Service, Unprofessional, Unethical

This was the worst experience I have had with any logistics company. Have worked in arts and culture for nearly 20 years and have never experienced such level of unprofessionalism. After being told misinformation, was not informed about any penalties if my items were not ready for collection and then was informed I had to pay the full amount as a penalty for late collection, then was told they "negotiated" the amount down to half. Then was lied to about the fees, and was not accurately informed about customs amounts (knowing I should not have to pay VAT on my products being shipped). Ultimately I had to cancel my shipment with them as I lost all trust in their ability and was worried they would hold my items. Then was informed I had to pay the full amount for cancellation. I tried to find a reasonable and amicable way forward that would pay for their time spent but would acknowledge their unprofessionalism that they ultimately breached their contract with me. I sought legal advice as this was a charity project and laid out my situation on an email to which they never responded. Months later I received letters stating they had taken me to court and that as I had not received the letters I was not able to represent myself and had to pay over the amount. I would never wish this experience on anyone.

Worst Experience Ever

This is not first time I sent stuff through this company. It was a reliable company before this last time when I sent stuff again to my younger brother ans sister in Lahore (Pakistan).
After opening parcels they realized that quite a few things nicked.
Most strange thing was that I sent about 15 headphones to be used among different people in the family and relatives where Packaging of 7 headphones found empty in parcels and when I phoned Pak Cargo Service (situating at NW7 4RS) to notify them about this weird experience, they replied that they are hearing such type of complaint very first time which was a total lie.
It is not a matter of losing around 70 Quid.
I am in shock that my brother and sister did not receive stuff they asked me to send them.
I am in shock that I got my trust broken in this company.
I am in shock after experiencing cheap service from the staff of this company where things are stolen before delivered to destination.
I am not at all afraid of Pak Cargo Service so providing my Booking # 6555 which was sent in December 2017 and if Pak Cargo is really serious then they can find that person out (which is not at all difficult), who has done all this and should do what is best to stop this happening to their next customer.

hi i m planing to send parcel from them saw lots of fraud in these cargo bussiness and the company have no reviews anywhere hopefully i will let some one devide if its good company or not by experimenting sending parcel to pakistan cheers
