Extremely slow response time.
I had some problems during purchasing a domain name but their response time is extremely slower. The person who responded me told me after hours that he is sick that's why he was late to response and forwarded my number to team but the team respond me at evening while the issue that I had was at morning. That really demotivated me to buy from them and I cancelled my order.
