While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

PakGenie helps small businesses get packaging they’re proud to hand to customers. Coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, beauty brands and online stores can design and order custom printed cups, bags, boxes, pouches, labels and more, all in one place. What makes us different? Design it yourself in minutes, no designer needed. Our online design studio lets you build your packaging right in your browser. Start from a ready-made template, choose from more than 70 background patterns, add illustrations and badges, or upload your own logo. Everything in your brand colours. With one tap, every pattern and illustration in our library changes to your brand’s colours. Your packaging looks like you, not like a template. An AI design partner. Tell our AI about your business and it creates three different design ideas for you. Then just tell it what to change, like “warmer colours” or “put the name on a badge.” See it before you buy. A live 3D preview shows exactly how your design will look on the real product. You approve every proof before we print. We send a proof for you to review, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. You can cancel free of charge any time before approving. Your account keeps it all together. Save your designs, track your orders, approve proofs in our Proof Center, and earn reward points on every purchase. We’re a New York–based company that believes great packaging shouldn’t be reserved for big brands. Whether it’s your first order or your fiftieth, we’re here to help.
