Nick was highly unresponsive. Sent several calls and emails for a project over the course of a few weeks, and never heard a response. We even scheduled a meeting, he accepted the invite, and then did not join the call and left us hanging. I do not recommend this service.
They were great in handling my order of packaging. I will do more business with them and hope they will offer me some discounts on my next packaging order.
For starters, I absolutely LOVE my pakible boxes and know that when one of our packages shows up on our customer's doorstep, it adds to the value of our product. When I set about looking for custom packaging, all I could find were phone numbers to old packaging companies where I knew we would have to go back and forth on specs a lot. With Pakible, it's really easy to upload your design and see what it'll look like in real life in seconds. As an entrepreneur, I don't have time to wait for someone to get back to me in weekly increments. Pakible works quickly and the product is unbeatable.
Plus, customer service is great, the packages come quickly and their minimums aren't insane. I love Pakible and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I've placed several orders with Pakible. I initially chose them because they were the only custom box vendor I could find that allowed me to design my own boxes online and were completely transparent with their pricing. All of the other vendors I found wanted me to fill out a contact form and wait for a callback to discuss pricing and design options. Since speaking on the phone with a salesperson is the absolute last thing I want to do on any given day, I placed a small trial order with Pakible. The boxes looked great so I placed a full order. When I realized that they were going to arrive too late, I emailed support and they quickly worked with me to get them rushed out to me.
Once, while trying to use a coupon code they'd graciously given me, I kept encountering what must have been a bug in their order form. I started typing an email to support to explain what was happening, but before I finished writing it, THEY emailed ME that they'd noticed I was having an issue and they'd deploy a fix in the next 45 minutes or so.
The web app is great. The pricing is 100% transparent. The support has been really helpful and personable, when needed. There's nothing negative to say.
