Well done to everyone
I bought a massage chair a month ago,but when i tried it, was too small for our height (2.10m).
After contacting with customer service department (evosmos department) I was so pleased to hear such a willing to help employee.
Apart from this Mrs Athina Macro was so willing to help us employee!

Amazing Service
I am completely satisfied with the service, which was immediate to a problem I faced with a product. They offered me all the replacement alternatives and everything on a friendly level. Products arrived on time BUT were slightly damaged
Products arrived on time and were well packed.
Instructions were relatively good although some items could have better magnifications (zoom-ins).
Problem - Damages: some scratches were already there and some wood "chips" were missing .

Poor quality
Poor quality, bad manual, not easy to assemble. Too expensive for the quality it offers and the time I had to spend in order to put it together.

Great Variety, Higher Prices, Medium Quality
As a repeat customer I would say that the options and variety of in stock items is great. On the downside, many items are found for lesser prices elsewhere, and the quality of some items is simply abhorrent- they don't stand up to use or even assembly some times. I think overall, if prices were lower, to best fit the quality, or higher quality items were offered for the prices currently advertised more customers like myself would stop using alternate vendors (IKEA, RH, ValueBox) for our home purchases and would simply turn exclusively to Pakobazaar.
