Disappointed that they do not offer refunds and their exchange policy requires the item must be sent back within 7 days and with COVID that is really difficult especially when the sizing is not standard on everything and some items do not ship at the same time. I am still waiting for one dress that was noted to have shipped out almost a month ago but hasn't arrived.
I've ordered two times there and got them exactly as shown in the pictures. Good quality, elegant a bit pricy maybe and you'll have to wait a little while before your order comes. But it is all worth it! Some measurements are not 100% exactly when it comes to dresses. Might be a few inches shorter than described. But otherwise I am happy!
