Very helpful and efficient staff. Received a quote same day. Still waiting for two other companies that I also contacted. The panel I bought was the easiest fire rated panel to fit on the planet! Even the inspector was impressed with it. Great product.

Customer service was brilliant. I dealt with Lauren Precious who provided me with a competitive quote, a decent delivery time and answered any questions I had. We are a construction company that deals mainly with properties in London so I will absolutely be coming straight back to PalCo and Lauren when we next need access panels.
