Paldesk is super user-friendly and extremely useful! Response time is great same as integration with other channels.

They provided a great support for not-technical user (me). They guided me and I successfully installed their widget, customized it and started receiving questions.
Paldesk has a lot of interesting features, but they are not all explained very well so I suggest better tutorials or they will receive a lot of chat questions.

A very useful tool for ticketing. Would suggest to everyone looking for a fast and reliable omnichannel platform.

It's a cool and cheap software for small-business like myself. Easy to set-up (didn't have to call IT team or developers) and fun to use. Since I'm working on a global field their Live Translate feature is an amazing add-on, as well as smart routing for my multiple websites.

All the integrations have been working fine so far and I'm looking forward to new stuff they release!

Horrible.
Horrible service, wanted to delete my account.
Contacted them the first time, they said it was deleted and they would send me a confirmation, now 2 weeks after i still have the account, i contact them again and talk with them in 1 hour on the livechat and about 1 hour in they first deleted the account after i mentioned what they are doing is illegal.

Would definitely never go back, glad i didn't use their service and only had a account.

Chat looks really good on a website, and response time is great.

I love this omnichannel! so easy to use, simple dashboard and lot of great features such as predefined answers, ticketing systems...
Price is ok too just $12 yearly, strongly recommend!

This live chat and help desk software really shows it value and helps you to get to know better live chat and help desk software with its simplicity. Also, it's has really nice interface and cool features as widget customization.
