Food spoiled and no customer service available
For the last two months the food arrived thawed out and warm. I later learned that they had switched from fed ex to USPS, during the holiday season no less. For over a week I have been trying to reset my password and a link was to be sent to my email. After 15 attempts not one email to reset password was sent. This is the same email they use to tell me my order has shipped. Today I decided to call them and the only number listed is not in service. I can onlv assume that thev have had so many dissatisfied customers as of ate that they have decided to make it impossible to contact them. I'll be contacting my bank next.
