Boots are comfy and fit well, only gripe is the fast laces leave a really long loop on the front of the shoes and you can't get the ends out of the little clip, so they're stuck at that length
Nothing to complain about really. Would have been nice to have a quick delivery method though. Thankfully, they use UPS, so you know that you should get your parcel!

Poor customer service
The boots are great but the customer service is shocking. I have completed 2 forms online and sent an email with no response at all. It took almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I kept asking for updates and received nothing. Very disappointed, I really wanted to order a second pair of boots but this experience has put me off from ordering again.

Using Evri Guarantees Problems With delivery
Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Usual problem with Evri I suspect…it has been ‘On Its Way’ for several days now. The delay is unacceptable.

I love Palladiums..
I love Palladiums... I've been wearing them since the 1990's when they were first in the UK, and now have over 20 pairs of them! I love the fact they are always moving with trends, changing their materials and styles, and the latest pair with a slight heel, are incredibly comfortable...as they all are!

Really happy, I always love this brand but for 5 years I took a break for buy it just because I had a problem with the sole, appear holes in and didn’t been more water proof, but about comfortable shoes are the best!

Online ordering experience
Ordered the shoes on 29/11, only sent on 4/12, which only arrived on the 10/12. I paid £5 for this, which is quite expensive for such a long delivery time. Secondly, using Evri - the box specifically writes signed delivery - this obviously did not happen, the delivery person didn't even ring... I was home.
The shoes were a size too small, had to pay another £5 to return these.
All in all, £10 to try on a pair of shoes...

I received the shoes that were way too small and sent them back right away. 2 weeks later no news of the refund although they have acknowledged they received the return. I contacted them and no answer. Waiting for my 135£…
